Returns & Exchanges

COVID-19 Update:  We continue to ship orders through this unprecedented time caused by the coronavirus.  Our aim is to reduce impact to our customers, however, we are experiencing delays with our shipping partners.  Contact us at info@bloommoda.com should you have any questions about shipping.

 

Bloom Moda, a division of Blooming Moda Productions, S.L., performs two types of returns: 1) standard returns and exchanges and 2) returns for upcycling (after your child has worn the garment).  See below for more details.

  1. Standard returns and exchanges - Garments are returned to request a refund. Garments are in original condition, free of damages and includes original labels.   Bloom Moda does not exchange returned garments for different sizes, colors, or styles.

    You have 14 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service so you will be able to track your parcel.

    If Bloom Moda has made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bloommoda.com.

    Bloom Moda will not refund payment for any products that has been used, washed, not labeled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging. For that reason, we request you to be careful with the product until you return it.

    Bloom Moda reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any refund or exchange. We will only refund or that are in the original condition as shipped.

    To initiate a standard refund or exchange, visit your account page to view your past orders.  Select the garments that you’d like to exchange or return from the past orders page.  You will be contacted by Bloom Moda within 48 business hours.  We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.  Contact info@bloommoda.com should you have questions are concerns.

 

  1. Returns for recycling & upcycling – Garments purchased from Bloom Moda that are returned after haven been worn or soiled so that Bloom Moda can repurpose for reuse. You will receive a discount coupon upon receipt of at least 4 garments per return shipment.

    You do not have a time limit to return worn garments, however, for free return shipping and for a discount coupon towards future purchases you must return at least 4 garments.  Bloom Moda will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

    To initiate a return for upcycling, visit your account page to view your past orders.  Select the garments that you’d like to exchange or return from the past orders page.  You will be contacted by Bloom Moda within 48 business hours and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and shipping bag, if needed.     Upon receipt of the garments returned for upcycling, you will receive a coupon for discounts on future purchases based on the length of time the garment was in your possession.   You will receive the following discounts:
