Returning worn clothes

Can I really return worn clothes, even if torn?

Yes!  Our goal at Bloom Moda is to upcycle 100% of the items bought through our online store.  We ask that you send at least 4 items per return in order to receive free shipping and a discount coupon towards future purchases.

How do I return used garments?

First go to your account page and select the garments that you would like to return by clicking “Return” next to the order and placing check marks next to the items that you’d like to return.  We will send you an email with a pre-paid postage label if you’re sending 4 or more garments. 

Place the garments in the reusable shipping bag that you received when you placed your order.  Your order came with extra zip ties and a shipping envelope.  Place the shipping label in the shipping envelop and stick it to the bag and secure the zipper with the zip tie.  Bring the bag to your closest UPS shipping point and you’re all set!

Can I send Bloom Moda garments that I’ve bought from other stores?

Unfortunately, no.  We only accept garments bought from Bloom Moda.  We carefully select garments that are long lasting and recyclable so that we can work with our partners to ensure those garments can be reused or recycled.

When will I receive my Bloom Cash for returning used garments?

After we receive your returned garments we will electronically send you a redemption voucher for your Bloom Cash.  This usually takes 2-3 business days after receipt.

How much Bloom Cash will I receive for returning used garments?

Upon receipt of the used garments, we will evaluate each garment and give you fair market value for the garments.  This is determined by the quality of each item and whether it is in-season.  Your Bloom Cash will be issued based on these criterion. 

What do you do with the returned garments?

Returned garments are washed and mended before being re-sold or donated.  Items that are not fit for reuse will be recycled.  We work with textile recyclers to ensure that garments do not end up in a landfill.

 How do I return a garment?

Sign in to your account and view your order history.

Click the “Return” button of the order that contains the garment.

On the detailed order page click the “Return Products” button

Place check boxes next to the garments that you’d like to return and click the “Return” button at the bottom. 

You will be contacted within 48 business hours by Bloom Moda with a pre-paid shipping label.

Can I receive a full refund if I no longer want a garment?

To receive a full refund, you have 14 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service so you will be able to track your parcel.

If Bloom Moda has made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bloommoda.com.

Bloom Moda will not refund payment for any products that has been used, washed, not labeled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging. For that reason, we request you to be careful with the product until you return it.

Bloom Moda reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any refund or exchange. We will only refund if the garment is in the original condition as shipped.
